If you do not agree, do not use our site or purchase from us.
1) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you have the legal authority to do so.
2) Products & Services
We sell wheels, tires, accessories, and related automotive products, and may offer services such as fitment support, installation coordination, and customization guidance.
Product images and colors are illustrative and may vary by screen settings, lighting, batch, or manufacturer changes.
3) Fitment responsibility & Guaranteed Fitment
Overdrive may offer a “Guaranteed Fitment” verification for certain orders.
What we do
- We verify wheel/tire specs against the vehicle details you provide and known fitment data.
What you must do
- Provide accurate vehicle details (year/make/model/trim).
- Disclose all relevant modifications (lift/level/lowered suspension, aftermarket brakes, spacers/adapters, fender modifications, non-OE hubs, stud conversions, etc.).
Limitations
- Fitment verification does not guarantee the absence of rubbing in all driving conditions (full lock, heavy compression, towing, off-road articulation, unusual alignment, worn suspension components, or aggressive tire sizes can change outcomes).
- You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is mechanically sound and aligned correctly.
4) Quotes, pricing, and availability
- Quotes are valid for the period stated (or, if not stated, for a reasonable time) and may change due to supplier pricing, FX changes, or stock updates.
- Prices may exclude taxes, duties, freight surcharges, and installation unless explicitly included.
- Inventory is not guaranteed until payment is received and the order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel/refund orders affected by an obvious mistake.
5) Orders, payment, and fraud prevention
- Orders are confirmed only after payment authorization/receipt and fitment approval (where applicable).
- We may request additional verification for high-value orders (ID, billing match, signature requirement, etc.).
- We can refuse, cancel, or limit orders to prevent fraud, policy abuse, or resale violations.
6) Special orders and custom items
Special-order, made-to-order, and custom-finished items (including custom coatings/finishes, drilled patterns, or built-to-spec packages) are typically final sale once production or supplier fulfillment begins.
7) Installation and safety notice
Improper installation can cause serious injury or damage.
- Installation should be performed by a qualified technician using correct tools and torque specs.
- You are responsible for verifying clearance after installation (brake calipers, suspension components, fenders, steering lock, etc.).
- Re-torque lug hardware after the first 50–100 km (or as recommended) and periodically thereafter.
- Tire pressure and load ratings must match the vehicle requirements and intended use.
8) Shipping, delivery, and risk of loss
- Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Title and risk of loss typically pass to you upon carrier pickup (subject to local consumer laws).
- Inspect deliveries immediately. Report shipping damage/missing items within 48 hours of delivery with photos of packaging, labels, and the product.
Refused deliveries, incorrect address, or unclaimed shipments may result in return shipping and handling fees.
9) Returns & exchanges
Unless otherwise stated:
- Returns are generally accepted within 30 days of delivery for new, unused, unmounted items in original packaging.
- Shipping fees are typically non-refundable.
- Restocking fees may apply depending on supplier policies and product condition.
Not eligible for return (commonly):
- Mounted/installed products
- Special orders, custom finishes, clearance/final sale
- Products with signs of use, tool marks, or missing packaging/hardware
10) Warranty
Most warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Coverage typically excludes:
- Impact damage (potholes/curbs/rocks), bending/cracking from shock loads
- Corrosion from harsh chemicals or improper care
- Racing/track use or misuse
- Improper installation or wrong hardware/torque
- Undisclosed vehicle modifications affecting fitment
We will assist with documentation and claim submission where possible, but warranty approval is at the manufacturer’s discretion.
11) Intellectual property
All content on our site (logos, photos, text, graphics, and design) is owned by Overdrive or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without written permission.
12) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to hack, scrape, disrupt, or overload our site
- Use our content to misrepresent products or impersonate Overdrive
- Submit false fitment details or fraudulent payment info
13) Disclaimers
- Products are provided “as is” and “as available,” except where prohibited by law.
- We do not guarantee that our site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Fitment guidance is informational and does not replace professional inspection and safe installation practices.
14) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Overdrive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, downtime, or loss of use), arising from your purchase or use of products/services.
If liability is found, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
15) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Overdrive harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
- Misuse or improper installation
- Undisclosed modifications
- Violation of these Terms
- Inaccurate information you provide (including fitment details)
16) Privacy
Your use of our site and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy. We may use third-party providers (payments, shipping, analytics) to operate our business.
17) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Vancouver unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
